Meanwhile, over on X (formerly Twitter), reactions were even more unfiltered, with netizens doubling down on rumors of Kuminga potentially being traded to another team.

Kuminga's post came after Steve Kerr's outburst
Jonathan Kuminga's post came shortly after Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr's apparent outburst directed at the team's younger players. Kerr expressed frustration following the Warriors' 113-103 win over the Timberwolves, citing a lack of ball movement and an overreliance on individual play from certain players.
"When you have Steph Curry on your team, you pass the ball," Kerr said after the game "Pass it two or three times, the defense is scrambling, all hell breaks loose.
"So it's a choice: We can either do that and win games, or we can shoot a whole bunch of 15-foot contested shots in the middle of the shot clock and be a lousy NBA team. It's up to us, and we are hammering that point home with our team."
In one of the possessions against the Timberwolves, Kuminga opted for a mid-range jumper, disregarding Steph Curry's guidance to pass to Brandin Podziemski, who was wide open. Instead of following Curry’s direction, Kuminga took the shot himself but missed badly, bricking the attempt.
