Watch: Buddy Hield's NSFW remark caught on camera as he called out former team: "Yo Sacramento s*ck my d**k"

Indiana Pacers' sharpshooter Buddy Hield certainly doesn't seem to have any love lost for his former team, the Sacramento Kings. Hield played for Sacramento for five and a half seasons. They traded him to the Pacers earlier this year in a blockbuster deal, sending Domantas Sabonis to the Kings.

Hield's tenure with the Kings saw him garner a reputation as one of the NBA's top 3-point shooters. However, Sacramento couldn't break their playoff drought despite talents like him and Haliburton on the team and decided to push for All-Star forward Sabonis to change their fortunes.

Buddy Hield may have some ill feelings, which came out during a recent shootaround before the Indiana Pacers game against the Boston Celtics at TD Garden on Wednesday. While teammate Aaron Nesmith gave an interview, Hield was in the frame working on his 3-point shots. Upon noticing the cameras, he yelled:

"Yo Sacramento can s*ck my d**k"
"Yo Sacramento can s*ck my d**k!"

It's unclear why Hield went in on the Kings mid-shootaround ahead of the game against the Boston Celtics. However, Sacramento fans booed him earlier this season when Hield and the Pacers visited Sacramento on November 30. So that could be the reason, or Hield was probably messing around and giving NBA fans some new meme material.

Buddy Hield wished the Sacramento Kings well after road loss against former team

Buddy Hield's comments after the Indiana Pacers' 137-114 loss against the Sacramento Kings on the road made his latest jab at the franchise come off as a surprise. Hield was booed heavily during the contest, but he admitted that it was great to see the Kings do well after accumulating several losing starts in previous years. Here's what he said (via The Sacramento Bee):

“They haven’t won in a long time, so to be around some of this winning, these fans want something to cheer for,” Hield said. “They’ve been dying to have something to cheer about, so to see them doing good is great, man. I don’t hate on them. I wish them all the best of success.”

Hield's trade away from Sacramento seems to work well for both parties. The Kings are 17-13 this season, ranked sixth in the Western Conference. They look like a legitimate threat to make the playoffs or at least secure a play-in tournament spot.

Meanwhile, Buddy Hield has received a full-time starting role with the youthful Indiana Pacers. He is a reliable scoring threat due to his perimeter shooting. Hield continues to be coveted by contenders around the league. His stint with the Pacers could be crucial in him securing a starting job for a top team.
