Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks' win streak could end against the Nets
The Bucks started off slow against the Nets in their bout tonight. Their All-Star, Giannis Antetokounmpo, is playing limited minutes as he's coming off a recent knee injury. Entering halftime, the Greek Freak has played 14 minutes for the team so far and is leading the team in points with 15.
Giannis is the only player for Milwaukee in double figures and Jevon Carter is second in scoring with eight points.
Unlike the Bucks, the Nets have three players in double figures. Spencer Dinwiddie, Mikal Bridges and Cameron Johnson have 13, 18 and 15 points, respectively. The entire team has 12 turnovers, but that hasn't hindered them from outperforming the Bucks, who are on top of the Eastern Conference standings.
The Bucks have turned the ball over 12 times, and that has been the source of why they're trailing so far. Additionally, they haven't been reliable from the line, knocking down only 33.3% from the charity stripe.
Milwaukee's winning streak could end tonight as Brooklyn has shown incredible work against them. Their defense has been one of their biggest factors as to why they led coming into the third period.
