Watch: Giannis Antetokounmpo pranks Jaylen Brown with fake handshake trick during Bucks-Celtics game

While NBA games can get intense, they also offer room for lighter moments, as Giannis Antetokounmpo displayed on Sunday. During the Milwaukee Bucks' home game against the Boston Celtics game, Antetokounmpo drove to the basket and knocked Brown to the floor.

The "Greek Freak" was called for an offensive after elbowing Brown's head, which resulted in a change in possession. As they walked to the other end of the court, Antetokounmpo extended his hand in front of Brown for a handshake, only to pull it back and run it through his hair instead.

He later offered a real handshake to the Finals MVP, but Brown did not oblige.

Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks were in the hunt for their third win in 10 games. However, they were not successful despite his 43-point night as the Celtics eked out a 113-107 victory.

Antetokounmpo has led the Bucks with team-highs of 30.1 points and 12.8 rebounds per game in their first nine contests, scoring at an efficient 60.5% rate on 20.3 attempts per game.

Giannis Antetokounmpo finishes with 43 but not enough to lift Bucks past Jaylen Brown's Celtics

Sunday's game between the Boston Celtics and the Milwaukee Bucks wasn't the first time these two teams faced each other this season. These two Eastern Conference teams clashed on Oct. 28 at the TD Garden in Massachusetts.

In that game, Giannis Antetokounmpo registered a double-double, tallying 30 points and 10 rebounds, while Jaylen Brown had 30 markers, six boards and four assists in the win.

In their clash tonight, Antetokounmpo had a dominant 43-point, 13-rebound outing, but the Bucks lost by six. No other Bucks player reached the 20-point mark as Damian Lillard only had 14 points on 15 shots.

Jaylen Brown had an off shooting night, finishing with 14 points on 13 shots, but the rest of the Celtics' starters combined for 70 markers, with Jayson Tatum scoring 31, to pull off the victory.
