WATCH: Kawhi Leonard spotted with Paul George in Vegas nightclub after dropping out of Team USA
Despite withdrawing from Team USA, Kawhi Leonard was seen at a Las Vegas club with Paul George heading into the weekend. The outing comes on the heels of Leonard, Team USA and the LA Clippers deciding that it would be best if he sits out the 2024 Paris Olympics given his injury history. In his place, Team USA selected Derrick White to step in on short notice.
A fan shared the videos on X, formerly known as Twitter, saying that he saw Leonard and George together at Zouk Nightclub in Las Vegas.
The post was made at 1:55 a.m. local time, with the man then posting a follow-up at 9:04 a.m. local time, showing a video of both Kawhi Leonard and Paul George together. According to the individual, Ime Udoka and Chet Holmgren were also reportedly at the club.

Why did Kawhi Leonard withdraw from Team USA?
Kawhi Leonard's withdrawal from Team USA was surprising to many fans. While he played in just two of the LA Clippers playoff games because of an injury, he appeared healthy and ready to play in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Leading up to Team USA's friendly game against Team Canada earlier this week, Leonard had reported to training camp and participated in team practice. Despite that, Team USA and the Clippers decided in conjunction that it would be best for the star to prioritize the NBA season ahead.
With the Clippers set to open their new Intuit Dome, it's no secret that owner Steve Ballmer wants the team to be at its best this season. On the heels of his withdrawal, Team USA released a statement on the matter via X, formerly known as Twitter.
"Kawhi has been ramping up for the Olympics over the past several weeks and had a few strong practices in Las Vegas.
"He felt ready to compete. However, he respects that USA Basketball and the Clippers determined it's in his best interest to spend the remainder of the summer preparing for the upcoming season rather than participating in the Olympic Games in Paris."
With the Clippers also parting ways with Paul George, it's no secret that the team needs Leonard healthy if they have any hope of making a playoff push. Despite that, it seems as though the two former teammates have no bad blood between them after George signed with the 76ers.
