Watch: Kyrie Irving makes Kai Cenat regret instantly for trolling him with 'Uncle Drew' jab on live stream

All-Star guard Kyrie Irving is officially one of the old heads in the NBA. The 2016 champion got in touch with the biggest Twitch streamer currently, Kai Cenat, who was ironically doing a live stream during their call. However, Cenat went overboard with his reaction regarding the veteran athlete's age.

Irving was drafted into the league in 2011 and secured a deal with Pepsi. Their advertisement campaign at that time was focused on the young guard as they released many commercials with him dressed as an old man.

His persona for those advertisements was Uncle Drew, an old man who breaks down ankles like a youngster.

The nickname stuck with him, and he also got a movie as Uncle Drew. But as he gets older, viewers are witnessing him gradually change into his Pepsi persona. While most fans are a bit modest with it, Cenat wasn't. During their call, he repeatedly called Irving 'Uncle Drew' and had regrets afterward.

"You really Uncle Drew right now, it's really like that," Cenat said. "Everybody saying Uncle Drew right now."
"I broke down on stream because the class of 2010, it's our 15-year anniversary," Irving said.

Before Irving got to continue his story, the streamer made a reaction about his age.

"D**n!" Cenat said.
"I'm 32 bro, you gotta relax."

Ultimately, Cenat apologized and quickly told Irving that being 32 years old isn't terrible. However, Irving didn't buy how the tone of his voice changed.

Kyrie Irving shows love to Cenat

Kyrie Irving has interacted with his fans differently over the years. Right now, he's spending more time as a Twitch streamer and named two creators who have inspired him to take streaming more seriously.

"What do you guys want to see, who do you guys want to see on stream, by the way?" Irving asked his fans.
"Kai and YourRAGEz were definitely the ones to introduce me into this world. It seems like they've taken over this streaming world."

A year ago, Irving joined Cenat and two other creators in their Twitch livestream.

Irving just wrapped a three-hour-long stream where he watched some of his highlights and played the video game Dynasty Warriors 9. He even took the time from his stream to watch highlights of his All-Star teammate, Luka Doncic. Before that, he just had a chat with his followers on the platform.
