Watch: LeBron James recreates iconic James Bond line as he teams up with actress Victoria Justice for Tequila commercial
One of LeBron James' many ventures outside of basketball is his tequila brand, Lobos 1707. The NBA star recently recreated one of the most iconic lines in movie history in a new commerical for the product.
In the clip, LeBron is seen speaking with longtime singer and actress Victoria Justice. The set is an identical match to the hit James Bond film "Casino Royale."
Justice begins speaking to LeBron James, playing out the scene similar to the movie. The LA Lakers star then recreates the famous tagline with his own name.
LeBron has been partnered with Lobos since 2021, a year after the company officially launched. The tequila brand can be found in most liquor stores, and its price ranges anywhere from $47 to $219.
LeBron James' tequila brand partners with charity organization
Earlier this year, LeBron James' tequila brand teamed up with Product Red. The charity organization is led by U2 singer Bono with the goal of helping raise money to combat HIV and AIDS.
As part of this partnership, Lobos 1707 put out an all red bottle with Product Red's logo on it. Along with the new look, the company also reportedly donated $100,000 to their global fund.
Since being established in 2006, Product Red has partnered up with some of the biggest brands in the world. Among those they've done work with is Nike, another company that LeBron James has close ties to. Other brands to put out special Product Red-themed items include Apple, Coca-Cola and Starbucks.
Following this collaboration, Product Red's President touched on how excited they were to partner with the growing tequila brand.
“(RED) has a long history of partnering with the world’s most iconic brands to meet consumers where they are to generate money and heat for life-saving programs that provide testing, treatment, and care in places where injustice has enabled pandemics to thrive.,” Jennifer Lotito, President and COO of (RED) tells Forbes.”We’re delighted to add Lobos 1707 to our diverse and dedicated family of partners.”
Seeing that LeBron has done a large amount of charity work outside of the NBA, it is not shocking to see one of his ventures partner with a cause like Product Red. Along with having his own charity foundation, the 20-time All-Star has done countless things for his hometown of Akron.
As most know, LeBron's biggest project in terms of giving back to the community is the iPromise School. Last year, he expanded even more by putting together housing units. The iPromise housing is also located in Akron and consists of two, three, and four bedroom apartments.
