Watch: Naz Reid throws down stunning dunk over Alex Len
With around nine minutes left in the fourth quarter, Naz Reid of the Minnesota Timberwolves threw down a stunning dunk over Alex Len of the Sacramento Kings at the Golden 1 Center on Monday (March 27) night.
It was an important game for the Timberwolves, in terms of the tight race for the playoff spots in the Western Conference. The slam increased Minnesota's lead to three points as Kings fans were in complete awe of what happened.
Jordan McLaughlin drove to the basket and drew several defenders. Reid was completely open outside the arc when he received the pass. Instead of shooting from there, Reid ran through the lane and posterized Len.
Here's the video of the move:
Naz Reid has been low-key posterizing people since he entered the league in 2019. This season, he has dunked on Pascal Siakam and Donovan Mitchell already. However, his slam on Alex Len might just be his best poster of the campaign.
Reid has been huge for the Minnesota Timberwolves this season. He's 11.3 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.1 assists in Karl-Anthony Towns' absence. He might be backing up Rudy Gobert, but Reid is more of an offensive threat like Towns.
