WATCH: NBA star LeBron James hypes up son Bryce James and SFG squad during AAU matchup vs. Nightrydas

LA Lakers' LeBron James was spotted coaching his younger son Bryce James' Nike EBYL team SFG against the Nightrydas on Saturday. The team posted a clip of LeBron drawing up plays for the team, on their Instagram story.

Here's the video:

Bryce James scored 21 points, going 5-for-9 from the 3-point range and took five rebounds.

Nevertheless, SFG lost as Nightrydas' Cameron Boozer, son of former NBA All-Star Carlos Boozer, also finished with 21 points on 3-for-3 shooting from behind the arc.

LeBron was not the only famous face courtside, as Duke's Jon Scheyer, UConn's Dan Hurley, Arkansas' John Calipari and Kansas' Mark Pope were also seen attending the game. The day before, Carmelo Anthony and his ex-wife, Lala, were in attendance too.

The younger James has just wrapped up his junior season in high school at Sierra Canyon. The class of 2025 graduate has received offers from Ohio State and Duquesne and is a No. 148 overall prospect in his recruiting class and ranks No. 18 from California, per 247Sports.

Bryce James' brother Bronny is confident of a win in 1v1 play

Bronny James is participating in the 2024 NBA draft Combine in Chicago. During the scheduled media availability, Bronny was asked how he would fare playing against his brother, Bryce.

"I'm winning 11-5," he replied.

Against their father, LeBron, though, Bronny was not sure of a victory, as he said:

"He's winning 11-7."

The trio sometimes go live on Instagram or post videos of them playing at their home. One such video provided a peek into the father and son duo's trash-talking skills.

Besides playing with his sons off-court, LeBron James has also expressed his wish of sharing the stage with them in the NBA. Bryce James is still in school and is only eligible for the 2029 NBA draft, when his father would be 45.

Therefore, many fans assumed that LeBron and Bronny would play together, as the elder James brother declared for the 2024 NBA draft. However, Bronny cleared the air and said:

"I would be happy about getting to the league instead of me thinking about playing with my dad. That's not my mindset or not at all. I'm just trying to put in the work and see where it takes me from there."

Bronny James has shown positive signs of drafting prospects during the Combine. However, many speculate that teams that select him will probably send him to the G League for a while before he joins the pros.
