Watch: Shaquille O'Neal hilariously mocks Kenny Smith's terrible penalty kick on 'Inside the NBA'

Shaquille O'Neal hilariously mocked Kenny Smith and his terrible penalty kick on the most recent episode of Inside the NBA. The hosts were trying to show off their soccer skills with Team USA legends Julie Foudy and DaMarcus Beasley.

In EJ's Neato Stat of the Night segment, USMNT stars laughed at Shaq, Smith and Charles Barkley's penalty shots a few years back. "The Jet" had the worst review and had the chance to prove himself. With Barkley on goal, Smith distracted him with a jump shot before hitting one of the worst penalty shots on live television.

As the rest of the crew laughed at Smith's expense, O'Neal hilariously mimicked his kick. It's only January, but Inside the NBA has already produced one of the best segments of the year.

Here's the video of the entire segment.

Ernie Johnson had a really great chance against Charles Barkley but hit the post. After Kenny Smith's hilarious shot, Shaquille O'Neal was up next. Barkley didn't want to defend his shot, but the LA Lakers legend promised that he wouldn't kick the ball at full force.

Shaq came through and hit a perfectly placed shot past Barkley. The two legends then switched positions, with Barkley taking the penalty kick against O'Neal in between the sticks.

Barkley's shot went far left but had a better kick on his second attempt. However, O'Neal was able to stop it with his knee. In the end, Shaq and Chuck might have redeemed themselves, but Kenny has work to do.

Shaquille O'Neal is not a huge fan of soccer, but he's a supporter of a small football club in England. O'Neal revealed during the 2015-16 season that he's a fan of Northampton Town FC.

"First place is where I like to be, and it's great to see you guys at the top," O'Neal said in a video message to the club's supporters. "I know what it takes to win championships. Got to make sure to finish strong, and do not give up that intensity. Looking forward to coming to Sixfields (Stadium) at some point to see a match. You guys know what you got to do."

Shaquille O'Neal being a fan of a small football club in England is surprising. He likes Northampton Town because of their chairman Kelvin Thomas, who is Shaq's business partner. The two own the radio station "Shaq Fu Radio"
