Watch: Timberwolves owner Alex Rodriguez jumps out of his seat as Anthony Edwards detonates on Jaxson Hayes

Anthony Edwards' electric dunk on LA Lakers center Jaxson Hayes had quite the effect on Minnesota Timberwolves owner Alex Rodriguez.

Minnesota headed into halftime trailing 68-43 in Game 2 of their first-round playoff series. Edwards' strong move set the tone for a scintillating third quarter and had Rodriguez on his feet.

Julius Randle kept the offense churning, but the rest of the Minnesota unit was unable to make an impact as the Lakers bounced back with a 94-85 win. Edwards finished with 25 points and six rebounds. Randle led the T-Wolves with a team-high 27 points, coupled with four rebounds, six assists, one steal, and one block.

Anthony Edwards argues with officials in Game 2

Anthony Edwards wasn't pleased with how the rules seemed to be different for him when compared to other players.

When he saw LeBron James expressing his frustration with the referee, he asked for a tech to be called.

"That’s a tech when I say that," Edwards seemingly said to the referee.

Anthony Edwards was fined $50k for obscene gestures to the Lakers crowd in Game 1 and he will need to stay out of trouble over the rest of the series to give Minnesota a chance of advancing.
