Watch: When Giannis Antetokounmpo’s girlfriend left him dumbstruck on live video after admitting to being a LA Laker fan
Giannis Antetokounmpo has made a name for himself as one of the best players in the history of the Milwaukee Bucks. In one instance, however, his girlfriend left him stunned after revealing her basketball loyalties.
During a live session on Instagram, Giannis was seen with his girlfriend Mariah Riddlesprigger. The two were talking casually - answering questions and interacting with the fans.
All was well until 'The Greek Freak' asked his girlfriend which NBA team she was a fan of, aside from the Bucks. After her answer, Giannis couldn't help but be shocked.
Here's the video:
Antetokounmpo was obviously flabbergasted, as seen on his face. He exclaimed:
"Oh no, I gotta stop the live right now. Aw, hell no! Aw, hell no!"
Riddlesprigger did say that she grew up a LA Lakers fan and probably wasn't rooting for the famed franchise anymore. Now that her boyfriend is the face of the Bucks franchise, she's probably not as anxious for LA to win.

Giannis Antetokounmpo will finally have his co-star back
Khris Middleton hasn't played a single game this season. A wrist injury has caused him to miss the beginning of the 2022-23 NBA season. Luckily for the Bucks, they have Giannis Antetokounmpo, who has carried the team despite Middleton's absence.
Milwaukee is currently the second seed in the Eastern Conference with a 15-5 record. Antetokounmpo has done an amazing job in leading the Bucks this season. He's averaging a career-high 31.3 points, 11.5 rebounds, and 5.5 assists while making 53.3% of his field goals.
Middleton was last seen in action during last season's playoffs, where he only played two games. He averaged 14.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 7.0 assists in the two games he played.
Middleton will make his season debut tonight against the LA Lakers.
