When Shaquille O'Neal didn’t hold back from flirting with Rocsi Diaz: “Once you go Shaq, you never go back”
Following his playing career, Shaquille O'Neal has gone on to become successful in the business world. One of his many ventures includes a clothing line deal with JC Penny.
Standing at seven-foot-one, the Hall of Fame center has had his struggles when it comes to finding proper clothing attire. This inspired him to launch his big and tall collection that helps larger men find the professional attire they need.
Back in 2019, Shaquille O'Neal went on E news' "Daily Pop" to talk about the launch of the collection. As expected, the former MVP had his larger-than-life personality on full display.
During the interview, he decided to shoot his shot with co-host Rocsi Diaz and even claimed that she had been in his Instagram DM's leading up to their time together.
"She's in my DM's... She says 'even though I'm spanish you know I like that chocolate. I tell her, once you go Shaq you never go back."
Rocsi Diaz did not deny that she had reached out to Shaq, but claimed the messages were not of that nature. She said she messaged him only to say that she was going to be in on the upcoming interview. Shaq finished things off by saying Diaz owes him a date now following the encounter.
Is Shaquille O'Neal currently dating anyone?
Things might not have worked out for Shaquille O'Neal with Rocsi Diaz, but he's managed to bounce back in the dating world. The 15-time All-Star is now reportedly with Annie Ilonzeh.
Ilonzeh is an american actress who is most known for her role on the longtime daytime TV show General Hospital. It is said that the two have been romantically connected for close to a year now.
Before bouncing around on the dating scene, Shaquille O'Neal was married for nearly a decade. Back in 2002, he married his now ex-wife Shaunie. The two have three children together and decided to split for good in 2011. Current NBA G-League prospect Shareef O'Neal is the oldest of the kids.
Part of what led to the downfall of their relationship involved Shaq doing some regrettable things. Over the summer, he admitted to being a "serial cheater" during his marriage. This came up during a discussion about the Boston Celtics' scandal from the offseason regarding suspended head coach Ime Udoka.
After a brief time apart, Shaunie and Shaq got back together to try and make things work. However, the damage from his actions proved to be too much to overcome and they eventually went their separate ways.
