It didn't take long before his production was too important to ignore. In his first eight games off the bench, the forward averaged 14.3 points per game.

Ohio State freshman Brice Sensabaugh has become one of college basketball's most impressive offensive players. After spending most of the season coming off the bench, Sensabaugh has recently been injected into the starting lineup.

Since being slotted as a starter, Sensabaugh has hit the ground running. In his last three games, he's averaged 18.0 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.0 steals per game. What's been so impressive about Sensabaugh has been his efficiency. During that same stretch, the 6-foot-6 freshman is shooting 55.0%, including 53.3% from 3-point range.

NBA teams are always smitten when it comes to potential offensive sparks at the next level. That's just what Brice Sensabaugh has showcased throughout the first 11 games of the season.

Sensabaugh has the tools to be a riser in NBA draft circles. If he can continue to showcase offensive versatility, he should be a popular name moving forward. Scoring has never been an issue for the Ohio State freshman. He's finished with double-digit scoring performances in all but one game this season.

If Sensabaugh, a four-star recruit who was Mr. Basketball in Florida last season, can showcase improvements on the defensive side of the ball, he will find himself soaring up draft boards. Since being inserted into the starting lineup, Brice has also shown flashes of playmaking ability.

The resumption of conference play will present an important opportunity for Sensabaugh to prove his worth against tougher competition.
