The Thunder boast an almost healthy roster, except for Olivier Sarr, who will remain sidelined for the upcoming game.
Sarr sustained a left Achilles tendon rupture during Game 3 of the G-League Finals. As a two-way player, Sarr split his involvement between the NBA and the G-league this season, due to which he is ineligible to join the Thunder for postseason play.
New Orleans Pelicans injury report for April 27
Zion Williamson is the sole player listed on the Pelicans' injury report and will be out for the upcoming contest. Williamson is yet to play in the post-season series after being injured in the final minutes of the Play-In Tournament.
The Pelicans' star displayed a dominant performance during the first round of the Play-In Tournament against the LA Lakers. Williamson recorded 40 points, 11 rebounds, five assists, one steal and one block to lead a comeback from an 18-point deficit before grasping his leg after scoring a floater over Anthony Davis for his 40th point.
Zion exited the game to head towards the locker room with 3:13 left in the game and was later diagnosed with a left hamstring strain. He will be reviewed further within the next few days.
