Paul George's toddler son mimicking dad's celebration after scoring bucket in PG 6 has wife hyped
Paul George's son, Paul Vuk George, mimicked his dad's celebration after scoring a bucket wearing the PG 6, his dad's signature shoe. The LA Clippers star's wife, Daniela Rajic, shared the video of her son imitating his dad's 'arms clenched by the side and mouth wide open' celebration after scoring a basket on a tiny hoop.
The former All-NBA player is often seen doing the celebration after making clutch shots or posterizing dunks during the games.
Paul George and Daniela Rajic welcomed their third child, Paul Vuk George, in October 2021, before getting married nine months later. They also have two daughters, Olivia and Natasha, to make a family of five.
Paul George clarifies his viral celebration against the Dallas Mavericks
During Game 4 of the first-round playoff series against the Dallas Mavericks in the 2024 NBA Playoffs, Clippers star Paul George struck the cross-arms celebration pose after hitting his fifth 3-pointer in the game.
His pose came after PJ Washington previously struck the same pose in Game 3 of the series during a scuffle between the two teams.
Talking about the celebration on his podcast 'Podcast P with Paul George', the nine-time NBA All-Star did not intend to mock Washington with the pose and said that it was directed toward the overlooking fans.
“Something had happened; maybe it was like a loose ball or a small scuffle, something that happened, and those fans stood up and they started doing, you know, the little mug sh-t, and so it was after I made that three," George said.
"It was literally in the same spot where those fans are sitting courtside and so I looked over it and looked at them and that was directed towards them. I got nothing to do with P.J."
Game 4 of the Clippers-Mavericks first-round playoff series concluded with the Clippers clinching the win 116-111 to even the series at 2-2. PG13 led the team's victory charge registering 33 points, six rebounds, eight assists, four steals and one block. George also dropped 26 of those points in the first half of the game
However, the Clippers suffered two straight losses in Game 5 and 6 of the series to go down 4-2 against the Dallas Mavericks.
