Haynes shared the details of the trade that could make it possible for Westbrook to be dealt to a different Western Conference team. The LA Lakers could send the veteran point guard to the Utah Jazz in a deal that could include a first-round draft pick.
The Jazz, on the other hand, could send Mike Conley to the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Wolves could end up trading Russell to the Lakers. Many speculate that the star guard could be bought out by the Jazz once the deal is done.
Westbrook is averaging 15.9 points, 6.2 rebounds and 7.5 assists for the LA Lakers this season.
