Sim Bhullar records 6 blocks on debut for Sacromento Kings' D-League Team Reno Big Horns

Sim Bhullar made his debut a couple of days back for the Reno Big Horns, the D-League affiliate team

Two weeks after waiving him off the NBA squad, the Sacramento Kings assigned the gentle giant of Indian ascent Sim Bhullar to their D-League affliate team the Reno Big Horns. With their D-League team, the 7 foot 5 inches center will undergo development programmes set for him by the Kings in order to help realize his complete potential.

Despite signing a one year contract with the Kings, he can be signed by any other team when he is an affiliate player. With the recent decision to give him specific amount of playing time with the Big Horns, it is very clear that the Kings have far from given up on Bhullar.

On 6th December a couple of days back Bhullar made his D-League debut for the Big Horns against the Los Angeles D-Fenders and he made his presence felt by recording 6 blocks in the game.  Here are the highlights from his debut:
