Stephen Curry's wife Ayesha gives birth to baby daughter
In 2015 so far, Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry has been named a member of the All-NBA First Team, and he was the starting point guard of the Western All-Stars with the most votes among all players in the league. Just when you thought MVP Curry was having a great year, it just got better.
A tweet posted by Curry on Saturday went viral:
My wife is a champ!

After reading the post on the personal blog of Steph’s wife Ayesha, the tweet might make more sense, considering that Ayesha was in labour for three hours before giving natural birth to the couple’s second child. Here is the extract from the post:
God is amazing. The gift of life is truly an indescribable thing. We were fortunate enough to experience it all over again friday night! Our beautiful little Ryan Carson Curry arrived perfectly healthy and happy!
She arrived a little early through a quick 3 hour labor and was a small 6lbs 1 oz. I was able to birth her naturally without an epidural. This is something I’ve always wanted to do and was so happy to get through it with the help of my darling husband and amazing doctor. This time around I felt more prepared and was able to take in the entire process. It was a miracle!
Stephen, Riley and I are enjoying this gorgeous gift from God and basking in the present! We are now officially a family of 4! Riley is completely enamored with her little sister and has taken on her role as big sister beautifully. I am already so proud of her!
I just wanted to give you all an update and ask you to keep us in your prayers as we adjust to our new little family.
The daughter, named Ryan Carson Curry, weighed in at 3 pounds and 1 ounce at birth. Ryan is Steph and Ayesha’s second daughter, after they had Riley Curry, their first daughter on 19th June 2012.
