Who is Blake Griffin's girlfriend Francesca Aiello? All you need to know

Blake Griffin is in the midst of his 13th season in the NBA. After spending the first eight and a half seasons of his career with the LA Clippers, Griffin is currently in the Boston Celtics. This is the third franchise he has been a part of over the past three seasons. Off the court, Griffin is reportedly dating Francesca Aiello.

Aiello is 27 years old and hails from Malibu, California. Following high school, Aiello pursued a career in modelling before eventually launching her own swimwear line titled Frankie's Bikinis. The brand has reportedly had tremendous success, having been worn by several celebrities. Additionally, Aiello launched a YouTube channel under the same name where her products are reviewed.

Griffin and Aiello reportedly met in 2018. However, they have kept their relationship private on social media. The pair reportedly hit a rough patch due to personal reasons which led to a brief split. But they were able to rekindle their romance and are currently together. Griffin has had several high-profile relationships, which may be the reason he has attempted to keep this relationship private.

Does Blake Griffin deserve to make the Hall of Fame?

Blake Griffin appeared destined for the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame before injuries derailed his career. Griffin has been on a steep decline over the past four seasons as his athleticism has waned.

Griffin averaged 24.5 points per game, 7.5 rebounds per game, 5.4 assists per game while shooting 46.2% from the field and 36.2% from three-point range in 2018-2019. He made his sixth All-Star Team and fifth All-NBA Team that season.

The following season, Griffin averaged just 15.5 points per game, 4.7 rebounds per game, and 3.3 assists per game in just 18 games. More concerningly, he shot just 35.2% from the field and 24.3% from three-point range. Over the past three seasons, Griffin has averaged just 8.2 points per game.

Prior to his decline, however, Griffin had a nine-year run as one of the best players in the NBA. He averaged 21.9 points per game, 9.0 rebounds per game, and 4.5 assists per game while shooting 50.2% from the field and 34.2% from three-point range. Additionally, he electrified fans with plenty of highlight reel dunks.

Griffin's Hall of Fame case is borderline with career averages of 19.6 points per game, 8.2 rebounds per game, and 4.1 assists per game while shooting 49.4% from the field and 32.9% from three-point range. Basketball Reference's Hall of Fame Probability gives him a 54.8% chance of induction.

With the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame known to have a lower bar for induction than other professional sports, Griffin's peak run combined with his star power could get him inducted. If he is able to win a championship before retiring, particularly if he plays a role in the title, Griffin could become a Hall of Fame lock.
