Derrick White is an NBA player for the Boston Celtics. He is married to Hannah Schneider and they have been together since their college days in Colorado. The couple's wedding took place in August 2021 in Denver.

White and Schneider first met while they were studying at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. The former San Antonio Spurs standout popped the question in 2020 amid the pandemic, but she said yes.

Derrick White and Hannah Schneider welcomed their first child together in May last year in the middle of the NBA playoffs. They named their son Hendrix James White. His father missed Game 2 of the Boston Celtics' matchup against the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference finals.

In an interview with MassLive, White described his experience being a first-time father. He hasn't gotten enough sleep since his son was born but loves watching him all the time.

"He's already changed our lives so it's been crazy, just sitting with him watching the game, cheering us on from home," White said. "It was cool and just one of those moments I'll have forever."
