Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2024: Winners, prize pool distribution, MVP, and more

Team XSpark became the undisputed champions of Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2024 in emphatic fashion. The club, owned by Scoutop, exhibited its masterclass throughout the event. The Shadow-led squad acquired 142 points in 18 matches of the Grand Finals and walked away with the first prize of ₹60 lakh.

Global Esports was also outstanding in the BGIS 2024, emerging as the first runner-up and securing ₹30 lakhs in prize money. The Mavi-led squad posted 134 points on the display. Their athlete NinjaBoi won the Most Finishes prize of ₹1 lakh and earned the MVP title worth ₹2.5 lakh.

Reckoning Gaming achieved the second runner-up spot with 132 points after making a phenomenal comeback on the final day. The team impressed fans with their aggressive play and secured two Chicken Dinners in 18 matches.

Led by Manya, Team Soul, ranked fourth with 116 points and two Chicken Dinners, followed by Venom Gaming. Team Limra and 8Bit finished sixth and seventh with 115 and 107 points respectively. Team Tamilas lost their rhythm in the last few encounters and slipped to eighth with 105 points.

MOGO Esports, led by Destro, failed to earn a respectable spot and had a terrible run in the BGIS 2024 Finals. The roster was the 2023 edition champions while playing for Gladiators Esports. Carnival Gaming, another big name, stumbled poorly in the Finals and finished 15th with 65 points. Inferno Squad was in the bottom spot with 25 points in the BGIS 2024 Finals.
