BGIS 2024 Semifinals Week 2 Day 2: Overall standings, summary, and more
Venom Gaming jumped to first position with 72 points on Day 2 of the BGIS Semifinals Week 2. Galaxy Esports remained in second place with 69 points. Carnival Gaming exhibited their awesome performance and moved up to third rank with 68 points. Entity Gaming slipped from first to fourth rank with 64 points after their average run on Friday.
Hyderabad Hydras and Reckoning accumulated 62 and 61 points respectively. Limra and MOGO were seventh and eighth with 59 and 56 points respectively. Team 8Bit and Livecraft have secured 50 points each in their initial eight games of the BGIS Semifinals Week 2.
GodLike Esports looked good in the first two encounters of the day but faltered completely in the next two matches. The team stood 16th in the overall rankings with 38 points.
Day 2 summary of BGIS 2024 Semifinals Week 2
Match 1 - Erangel - Group B and C
Voltx Gaming conquered the opening match of the day with 18 finishes. Reckoning and Hyderabad managed 16 points each. GodLike also bounced back after a poor Day 1 and scored 11 points, including eight frags. Carnival and 8Bit collected four and two points respectively.
Match 2 - Miramar - Group A and C
Reckoning Gaming had announced a lucrative game, securing a 15-point victory. Venom and MOGO posted 13 points each. Team 8Bit and LOC scored seven and six points respectively. Entity added only five points to their tally.
Match 3 - Sanhok - Group A and C
Venom Gaming took an aggressive approach and registered a huge 25-point Chicken Dinner. MOGO once again did well and ensured 11 crucial points. LOC and RTG gained 10 points each. Entity claimed only three points.
Match 4 - Erangel - Group - A and B
GodLike Esports achieved their first Chicken Dinner of the BGIS Semifinals Week 2 with 20 points. Their players Simp and Jonathan clinched four and three kills respectively. Livecraft obtained 12 points, while MOGO Esports garnered 10 points thanks to their member DeltaPG.
