BGIS 2024 Semifinals Week 2: Overall standings, qualified teams for Finals, and more
The Semifinals Week 2 of the BGIS 2024 came to a close on June 16 with the top eight teams progressing to the Grand Finals. With the conclusion of this phase, all the 16 finalists have been selected for the ultimate stage. Carnival Gaming emerged as the star performing squad with 153 points and three Chicken Dinners. The Omega-led squad bounced back on their ideal form and played very well.
MOGO Esports, led by BGMI pro Destro, occupied the second position with 143 points and one Chicken Dinner. It was a brilliant comeback from them as they had struggled a bit in the BGIS Semifinals Week 1. Limra Esports and Venom were third and fourth in the rankings with 136 and 121 points, respectively.

Team 8Bit performed very well in the Semifinals Week 2 and ranked fifth with 120 points. Team Insane and Reckoning Esports also played well in this phase, finishing sixth and seventh, with 120 and 111 points, respectively. Inferno Squad somehow managed to get a spot in the top eight.
Rivalry (106), Galaxy (105), and Hyderabad Hydras (104) failed to qualify for the next stage by a slim margin. RTG and THW were 12th and 13th with 98 and 91 points, respectively.
Renowned clubs Entity Gaming and GodLike were also knocked out of BGIS 2024 as they came 13th and 14th with 91 and 82 points, respectively. Magnet Esports was 17th with 69 points despite having one Chicken Dinner. NIY and Prime, who amazed everyone with their results in the previous stages, had a terrible run in the Semifinals Week 2.
