BGMI Titans Rising 2024: Dates, format, prize pool, and how to watch
The BGMI Titans Rising 2024 kicks off on October 10, 2024, hosted by Gujarat Titans and Revenant Esports. Founded in 2021, Gujarat Titans is a franchise cricket team, while Revenant is an Indian esports organization. This two-week-long tournament will be played in five stages and features a total prize pool of ₹22 lakhs.
Several underdogs and experienced teams will be battling in the BGMI Titans Rising 2024. Top-tier organizations like GodLike, Team XSpark, Team Soul, and Orangutan have been directly invited to compete in the tournament. The event will wrap up on October 27, 2024.
BGMI Titans Rising 2024 format and dates
Here is the format of the tournament:
Open Qualifiers - October 10 to 15
This initial stage will be played in three rounds. A total of 2048 registered teams will play there for 32 spots in the next stage. The remaining 2016 teams will be eliminated from the Titans Rising 2024.
Pre Quarters - October 16 and 17
This stage will feature 64 teams, including 32 from the Open Qualifiers and 32 invited teams. The top 48 teams will advance to the Quarterfinals, while the remaining 16 will be eliminated. The organizers have not yet revealed the names of the 32 invited teams to the event.
Quarterfinals - October 18 to 20
48 teams will compete in the Quarterfinals for 24 spots in the semifinals. The bottom 24 teams will be knocked out of the BGMI Titans Rising 2024.
Semifinals - October 21 to 23
The three-day semifinals will feature 24 teams from the quarterfinals. The best 16 teams from the overall points table will earn their spot in the Grand Finals, while the bottom eight clubs will be eliminated.
Grand Finals - October 24 to 27
The action-packed Grand Finals will be held across four days, from October 24 to 27, 2024, where the 16 top teams go against each other for the BGMI Titans Rising trophy.
How to watch
The initial stage, Open Qualifiers, will not be broadcast live on any platforms, while the other four stages will be live-streamed on the Gujarat Titans YouTube channel. The schedule for the livestream will be revealed in the coming days.
Teams have an excellent opportunity to display their skills in the BGMI Titans Rising 2024. The winning team will be awarded ₹8 lakh in prize money. The second and third-best performers will earn ₹4 lakh and ₹2.5 lakh, respectively
