BGMS Season 3 TVS Raider Wicked Battles: Registration, format, dates, and more
Nodwin Gaming has announced the qualifiers for the upcoming BGMI Masters Series (BGMS) Season 3. The event, named TVS Raider Wicked Battles will be played from July 5 to 11 with the top three teams moving to the main tournament. Registrations for the event began on July 3 and will end on July 4. Players can register their teams on the Nodwin Gaming website.
The BGMS Season 3 is all set to start on July 19 with 24 teams from India. The organizer recently announced the OneBlade Cup, which also has one slot for the main tournament. A total of four teams from these two events will make it to Season 3, while the company has not yet disclosed the selection process for the rest of the 20 teams.
Format and Dates of BGMS Season 3 TVS Raider Wicked Battles
The contest is scheduled to be played in two rounds: Qualifiers and Finals. All the registered squads will compete in the first round from July 5 to 9. The best 16 teams will be selected for the Wicked Battles Finals, which will be conducted on July 10 and 11. The first to third-ranked teams from the overall rankings of the Finale will reach the BGMS Season 3.
Here is the format of the event:
Qualifiers (July 5 to 9)
- There will be a total of one qualifier with the registered teams
- Team Lobby - Battle Royale
- In Round 1, lobbies of 16 teams each will be made.
- Each lobby will play one match in total.
- The top four teams from each lobby will qualify for the next round.
- This will continue until we have 64 remaining teams.
- Once we have 64 teams, they will be divided into four groups of 16 teams each. Each group will play a total of four matches and then the top four from each team will qualify for the Finals
Finals (July 10 and 11)
- Top 16 teams will play 10 games over a period of 2 days (5 games a day)
All the underdog teams have a brilliant opportunity to display their skills and earn a spot in the BGMS Season 3. This BGMI tournament is considered a major and features a significant prize pool. The previous two seasons of the Masters Series grabbed massive viewership. It will also be broadcast on television and YouTube.
Many renowned organizations such as Soul, Orangutan, GodLike, and Team XSpark will be seen participating in Season 3. Those BGMI teams will receive a direct invite to the competition, which will run from July 19 to August 11 and will be held offline.
