Nodwin Gaming officially announces BGMI Masters Series (BGMS) Season 3
On June 25, 2024, Nodwin Gaming announced the third edition of the BGMI Masters Series (BGMS). The tournament will start on July 19, 2024, but the organizer has yet to share the full details of the event. The event is known as a prestigious competition in the country. It will be televised live on Star Sports and will also be live-streamed on the YouTube channel of Nodwin Gaming in multiple local languages.
The inaugural edition of the Master Series was held in 2022 featuring a grand prize of ₹1.52 crore, while the second edition took place in 2023 with a total prize of ₹2.1 crore. The third season's total prize pool has also not been announced yet.
BGMI Masters Series (BGMS) Season 3 to feature 24 teams
The BGMS Season 3 will feature 24 teams and will run across three weeks. Nodwin Gaming has not yet revealed the selection process of these participants. It will be played from July 19 to August 11, 2024. It will be a LAN tournament similar to the previous two seasons.

Global Esports won the first season of this mega event to earn a cash prize of ₹26.6 lakh. GodLike and Orangutan Gaming were the first and second runners-up respectively. The entire competition was played offline in Delhi NCR.
Gladiators Esports emerged victorious in the second season of the Masters Series and achieved a huge prize of ₹1 crore. Justin from the team won the MVP title. Orangutan and Velocity Gaming were second and third, respectively, in the tournament. This competition was also held offline in Delhi NCR.
Both the previous editions of the BGMS were successful and garnered a huge viewership. Several top-tier teams will now gear up for this upcoming mega-third iteration. It is expected that a few popular organizations will directly be invited to the tournament like the 2023 edition.
