Skyesports BGMI Championship 2024 Playoffs Day 1: Overall standings and highlights 

Day 1 of the Skyesports BGMI Championship 2024 Playoffs was held on November 24. A total of 32 teams from Round 4 have been divided into two groups for the Playoffs. Each group played six matches on Day 1. Ultimately, the best eight teams from each group will earn a spot in the Upper Bracket, while the bottom eight teams will move to the Lower Bracket.

In Group A, Team Jelly performed excellently and captured the first spot with 54 points and one Chicken Dinner in six matches. The Jelly-led BGMI squad was also impressive in the previous stage. Carnival Gaming and Team GodLike also made a convincing start to the Playoffs as they ranked second and third with 51 and 44 points, respectively.

In Group B, Team Sky delivered an outstanding performance as the club claimed the first position with 64 points and two Chicken Dinners. HNT ensured second place with 54 points, while Inferno Squad grabbed third spot with 42 points. Manya-led Team Soul was fourth in the group with 41 points, including 31 eliminations.

In Group A, Orangutan and Vasista also started greatly, scoring 44 points each. K9 Squad, led by BGMI pro Omega, had a forgetful run on Day 1 as the club scored 26 points. Numen Gaming, the BMPS 2024 runner-up, stumbled and accumulated only 19 points.

In Group B, WSB and LEFP scored 36 and 35 points, respectively. Team Versatile, an experienced BGMI lineup, accumulated 29 points in six games. Gujarat Tigers finished 13th in the table with 28 points. Gods Reign, who played exceptionally well in the previous stage, grabbed 25 points on Day 1.
