Team XSpark holds first rank as Day 2 of BGIS 2024 Semifinals Week 1 concludesÂ
Team XSpark finished first with 62.5 points following the completion of Day 2 of the BGIS 2024 Semifinals Week 1. Each of the 31 participants has played half of their total 12 matches in this stage. The Shadow-led lineup maintained a consistent pace in the initial two days. Their athletes Spraygod, Sarang, and Ninjajod were exceptional in this period.
FS Esports and Team Tamilas ranked second and third with 55 and 49 points respectively. Both teams have produced spectacular performances so far in the BGIS Semifinals. Team Soul, who suffered a slow opening, bounced back on Day 2 and jumped to fourth position with 49 points, including 29 kills.
Reckoning Gaming also made a nice comeback on Friday, moving up to fifth with 48.5 points. Global Esports had a brilliant day as the Mavi-led powerhouse as well climbed to sixth spot with 26 points. MOGO Esports slipped to seventh with 35 points following a series of average performances in their last three games
Overall standings of BGIS 2024 Semifinals Week 1 after Day 2
Entity Gaming has endured a mediocre run as the team ended in 10th with 42.5 points after six matches. They must do better in the upcoming six games to finish in the top eight of the overall table. Similarly, GodLike Esports held 12th with 40.5 points. The fan-favorite lineup was eliminated earlier in its few matches.
Team Insane and Team Aaru failed to perform well on Day 2, slipping to 13th and 14th positions with 40 and 39 points respectively. 7Shore Esports showed their skills on the BGIS Semifinals Day 2 and moved up to 15th position with 37 points and one Chicken Dinner.
Vasista Esports and Hyderabad Hydras scored 34.5 and 34 points respectively. Magnet Esports garnered 31 points, including 23 eliminations. Team 8Bit and Limra obtained 26.5 points each. Galaxy Esports bounced back on Day 2 and ranked 23rd with 23.5 points.
Prime Esports, who impressed with its performances in the initial stages, has struggled so far in the BGIS Semifinals as they finished 27th with 21.5 points. Livecraft and Rivalry were behind them with 15.5 and 10.5 points respectively.
Carnival Gaming, led by BGMI veteran Omega, stumbled poorly during their initial six matches. The experienced lineup has accumulated only 10.5 points. NIY Esports has scored only four points. Zero Recoil has been disqualified for violating the rules in the BGIS Semifinals.
