Team Z and GodLike advance to BGMS Season 3 League Week
Nodwin Gaming revealed the results of the fan poll, which was held among the bottom six teams of the BGMI Masters Series (BGMS) Opening Week. Team Z and GodLike achieved the most votes and made it into the League Week of the event. Gujarat Tigers was third on this list, followed by Team Limra, FS, and Vikings Esports. These bottom four teams have now been eliminated from the event.
The Opening Week took place from July 19 to 21, 2024, featuring a total of 24 teams. The top 18 teams from the overall rankings moved to League Week. Additionally, GodLike and Team Z will now join those squads in the League Week, which will be played from July 22 to August 4, 2024.

Team Z features popular athlete Scout in the squad. The club had a horrible start to their BGMS campaign as the side garnered only 11 points in four matches of the Opening Week. The lineup has received around 31.64% votes. They will now aim to live up to fans' expectations and achieve a respectable result in the League Week.
Team GodLike also had a terrible start to the event and collected only eight points in their four games of the previous stage. Punk, who recently joined the club, was rested for the last two matches due to health issues. The lineup got around 25.58% votes. Their target will now be to do better in the upcoming stages of the BGMS Season 3.
The League Week will be played in two distinct phases; Survival and Domination Week. The first day of the Survival Week is scheduled for July 22, and a total of 15 matches will be held during this week.
In the Opening Week, a few teams such as 8Bit, OneBlade, Soul, and XSpark, did their job perfectly. Revenant and Entity were also impressive. MOGO, Team Tamilas, and CarpeDiem somehow managed a spot to their names in the League Week.
The top four teams from this stage will obtain their place in the Grand Finals, while the remaining teams will have to fight in the Playoffs of the BGMS.
