Team Zero fails to qualify for BGIS 2024 Round 4
Team Zero couldn’t secure their spot in the fourth round of the BGIS 2024 after finishing fifth in the overall standings of Group 4. The experienced unit, featuring athletes like Scout and Kyllo, fell only one point short of qualifying for the next stage. The club managed to claim 45 points in six games with the help of 31 eliminations. They tried their best until the very end, but unfortunately, they weren't able to make it to Round 4.
The top 16 teams from the total points table (all groups) will be selected for the Wildcard Entry phase of the BGIS. However, Krafton has not yet announced the overall standings. It will be interesting to see whether Team Zero will be able to make it to the top 16.
GlitchxReborn emerged as the best-performing team in Group 4 with 52 points, 30 kills, and one Chicken Dinner. FS Esports and Heros Gaming occupied the second and third spots with 50 and 45 points, respectively. These are the three teams from this group that have progressed to the fourth round.
Team Zero’s overview in Group 4 of BGIS 2024
Team Zero got off to a good start in the first clash as they accumulated nine points with the help of six frags. Their renowned athlete Scout was phenomenal, and claimed four crucial eliminations. Jubilant Divine clinched a 16-point victory in the opener.
In the second match, Team Zero lost their rhythm and was eliminated by Lunatic Esports after scoring only one point. Faith Esports dominated the battle with 20 points. Armageddon was also fantastic and secured 12 crucial points.
In the third game held in Sanhok, Team Zero once again had an underwhelming performance and only collected five points. Their member Kyllo secured five eliminations in the match, but the other players on the team failed to match his performance. HR Esports pulled off a triumphant win with 22 points.
Team Zero bounced back in their fourth match of the BGIS 2024 Round 3 and got 14 points. However, the team was eliminated by Robin from Heros Gaming in the last zone. Addy from their squad took out four players by himself in this encounter.
In their second-last match, Team Zero added eight points, including seven finishes. Scout and Kyllo from the club clinched three eliminations each. Heros Gaming once again did well and won their second Chicken Dinner in a row.
The last encounter of the BGIS Round 3 was won by GlitchxReborn with 21 points. Team Zero obtained eight points, including four eliminations. The lineup lost their last fight against HR Esports near Erangel’s Military Base.
