Arnold Schwarzenegger, a bodybuilding legend who also dominated the film industry, recently debunked the most common myth in Hollywood. The bodybuilder went to the Inspire Me Podcast and called out some prominent Hollywood figures such as Clint Eastwood and Charles Bronson for not being transparent with their fans.
"In the old days, for instance, like Clint Eastwood and Charles Bronson and those guys, they also trained not five hours a day, but they trained a little bit, but they would never admit because they wanted to make it appear like they were born with this kind of a muscular body," said Arnold Schwarzenegger.
