“I love hearing this”: Arnold Schwarzenegger expresses happiness to a client who “surrendered” to him
Seven-time Mr. Olympia Arnold Schwarzenegger has been on a path to encourage the younger generation towards a healthy and fit lifestyle. Even at the age of 77, he is still pumping the iron and bringing out new ideas to do so. Schwarzenegger launched an app called 'Pump' that designs workouts according to the user's specifications.
People love the workouts made by Schwarzenegger's app and follow them dedicatedly. They even share their progress on various social media platforms like X. To keep his 'villagers' (the members of his app) engaged, the Austrian Oak often shares their achievements on his X account and praises them for completing their goals.
Arnold Schwarzenegger has done it again. He shared a post of one of his followers who enjoys the app's training programs. The fan expressed gratitude to Arnie and wrote on X:
"Haha saw those posts. Love it. I follow @smithhmackenzie and a couple other folks who focus on lifting for inspiration and tips. That being said, I just use @Schwarzenegger. The Pump app and have surrendered myself to that program. It takes all the thinking out of it and lets you focus on the work. The results have been SERIOUS. I have never put on so much muscle so quickly, and now that I’ve dialed in my food intake and have sprinkled in some biking on off days, my recomp has been accelerating."
The fan's tweet got Arnold Schwarzenegger's attention, who was happy to see the progress of the villager and congratulated him, tweeting:
"Congrats! I LOVE hearing this. Taking the thinking out of it is my goal."
Arnold Schwarzenegger encourages his villagers on X
Earlier last month, Arnold Schwarzenegger reshared a post of a villager named Joseph K on his X account. Following a specially designed program on the app, Joseph had lifted an astonishing 47,300 pounds in just 16 sets and did 323 reps. The villager thanked the Terminator for the workout plan, writing:
"New max weight, this new phase is killler, thanks for some killer workouts @Schwarzenegger and crew!"
Arnold Schwarzenegger appreciated the young lads' efforts and tweeted:
"That is A LOT of weight. Congrats! Keep pumping."
The Austrian Oak shared another villager's post who lifted 7,600 pounds in just 11 sets with a total of 155 reps on his first day. The app designed a specific program for the villager who had just recovered from a back injury and is aiming to lose weight.
Arnie was happy to see the progress his villager made and encouraged him with a retweet.
"I love comebacks! Keep pumping," wrote Arnie.
