“Every week someone else is dying”: 55-YO IFBB Pro Grant Henderson’s death leaves fans concerned
Grant Henderson's name has been added to the list of the bodybuilders the bodybuilding community lost in the past few days. The bodybuilder has passed away at the age of 55 recently, and the official page of RxMuscle's Instagram broke unsettling news to the fans.
Grant Henderson's girlfriend stated that the former Mr. Olympia was suffering from intestinal and blood clot issues and was in hospital for a long time before he died of a heart attack. The late bodybuilder has achieved some astonishing records throughout his career.
Grant Henderson won his Pro Card in 1990 and lifted the Mr. Zimbwawe in 1993. The former Mr. Zimbabwe was also known for his countless features in bodybuilding magazines. Even at the age of 55, Grant Henderson had maintained such an astonishing physique that could easily give many bodybuilders a good run for their money.
The Instagram page Generation Iron also expressed their condolences, and fans joined them in the comments.

Amid the comments of steroid accusations, Dr. George Farah, commented, "Be smart please life is very precious. Your brother in iron."
Just like Grant Henderson, Kristoffer Berner passed away before his pro show
Kristoffer Berner, aka the Danish Giant, has passed away at the age of 48, leaving his fans in shock. He was all set to compete at the Chicago Pro 2024 held on July 18. But just 48 hours before the show, he died. The six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates inspired Berner a lot, and he often posted his images with a collage on his Instagram while comparing his conditioning to 'The Shadow'.
The Danish Giant coached under the legendary bodybuilder and coach Milos Sarcev. The coach has trained some of the elite bodybuilders, like Samson Dauda. Berner frequently posted training videos of Sarcev training him. The bodybuilding reshared Berner's wife's statement with a broken heart and wrote:
"Kristoffer was for most a uniquely dedicated bodybuilder who lived and breathed for the sport. His passion and commitment was an inspiration to everyone around him."
