Phil Heath advocates for a strong mindset in Gym Training: “Forge an Unshakeable Mind”
Phil Heath has valuable advice to share with all those training in a gym. He explained that one can train as much as one wants, but the body isn't all that's being built. He recently shared a video of himself giving this message to his followers:
"When it comes to mental toughness, the weight-room builds more than just muscle. It forges an unshakeable mind." - @philheath on Instagram

Heath is a seven-time Mr. Olympia. He released his journey towards winning the title in the form of a documentary in March 2024 titled 'Breaking Olympia: The Phil Heath Story'.
What is an unshakeable mind?
Unshakeability of the body is most obviously an attribute every bodybuilder strives to achieve. But does it hold about the mind as well? Can the mind be unshakeable too? Phil Heath cared to explain what an unshakeable mind is, writing:
"It’s unwavering focus when distractions hit. It’s when you decide that believing in yourself when doubts creep in is your only damn option!!!
It happens on days when you don't have it in you to actually kill the workout. It can be a leg day or so, and you can literally hear your mind requesting you to just end the workout. Is quitting recommended? According to Heath, no! He added in the description:
"I want each and every one of you to choose an unshakeable mindset as I know it’ll deliver massive results in your lives."
So the next time you feel that you cannot finish your training, remember that you did not come this far to quit. Phil said how he wants things to happen for his fans:
"You deserve better and your happiness is derived through your mindset and actions."
Phil Heath's film is directed by Brett Harvey with Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson as its executive producer.
