Sam Sulek is all in for expensive gym memberships: “Gets me f***ing hyped up”

22-year-old Sam Sulek has seen success as a bodybuilder and a fitness influencer quite early in his life. Despite initially having no intentions of becoming an influencer, Sulek just wanted to document his life. However, his videos went viral on TikTok and other social media platforms making him an overnight success.

One of the perks that Sam Sulek currently enjoys as a fitness influencer is training at various gyms and getting a supplement stack from Hosstile (the supplement brand that sponsors him).

In a recent YouTube video, Sam Sulek revealed that he is traveling to a new gym to train his legs. As excited as Sulek was to train in a new environment, he also opened up about why he likes to switch gyms from time to time.

Admitting that he is quite muscular and humongous in size, he confessed that he likes to train at places where he can be challenged. Witnessing people bigger and stronger than him pushes him to go hard.

"I think you've got to stop there every so often (a good gym near you) and that's worth the membership man I mean that's I-I guess it depends on the person but that's-that's worth the extra 40 bucks to go to uh to go to like the metro instead of just like the Planet Fitness," Sulek stated. (02:59)
"A lot of the times I'm one of the biggest guys at the gyms but whenever I'm at a real gym and there's an actual f**king beast...I'm talking- making me look small, that'll get me going, that gets me f**king hyped up so that's all that I'm trying to say," he added. (04:50)

The secret behind Sam Sulek's insane muscularity

Carrying a size as huge as Sam Sulek at just the age of 22 is not a child's play. Agreed he has years of experience under his belt, but it is also his sheer dedication and willpower that has led him to this point.

Despite there being many debates about this, Sulek is still a huge believer in the 'eat big to get big' mentality. Even though veterans like Greg Doucette preach against this, Sulek proudly admits that it was his humongous bulking diet that led to this monstrous size.

In a recent YouTube video that he posted, Sam Sulek stated:

"The primary suspect which everyone should be looking at is the calories...if you are in the wild, the biggest animal, the biggest dogs, they are the ones that eat the most. The biggest animal in the jungle is the one who eats the most food...There's no beating that, there's no beating the law of jungle." (29:30)
