World’s strongest man Eddie Hall’s insane daily 8000-calorie carnivore diet

Eddie Hall, the 'Beast' of the Strongman industry and a former 'World's Strongest Man' title holder, has switched lanes and entered the realm of MMA. Hall frequently shares videos of his MMA training and now the 'Beast' is going on a 'Carnivore' diet for his training. He recently shared a video of his full day of eating on his official YouTube channel 'Eddie Hall The Beast.'

In the video, Hall shared that he is currently consuming more than 8,000 calories along with 600 grams of protein daily to be an 'absolute beast' on stage. Let's dive deep into the former World's Strongest Man's diet.

Eddie Hall's 8,000+ calories diet

Eddie Hall starts his day with a heavy breakfast before he starts his MMA training at the gym. It includes salmon, eggs, cottage cheese, milk, and butter. He also shared the calories and amount of protein he gets from his first meal of the day.

· Salmon gives 152 calories along with 25 grams of protein.

· He eats five eggs giving him 250 calories along with 30 grams of protein.

· The 300 grams of cottage cheese gives him a total of 375 calories and 35 grams of protein.

· 50 grams of butter in his diet only adds up to the calories giving him 372 calories.

· The total calories he gets from his first meal is 1529 calories and 106 grams of protein.

For his second meal, Eddie Hall goes for steak and milk in his diet.

· The steak gives him 1164 calories and 96 grams of protein.

· He consumes five eggs giving him 540 calories and 48 grams of protein.

· He drinks a glass of cow's milk giving him a total of 375 calories and 18 grams of protein.

· He consumes 50 grams of butter giving him 372 grams of calories with no protein.

· The total calorie intake of this meal adds up to 2471 calories and 162 grams of protein. This adds up to a whopping amount of 4000 calories and 268 grams of protein in just two meals.

Meal number three includes consumption of supplements:

· Hall takes two scoops of Beast Pharm whey protein giving him 226 calories and 46 grams of protein.

For meal four, Hall goes back to the steak-and-egg combo.

· The steak gives him 1164 calories and 96 grams of protein.

· This time he uses only three eggs giving him a total of 210 calories and 18 grams of protein.

· The 50 grams of a butter slab gives him 372 calories.

· The total of this meal adds up to a total of 1764 calories and 114 grams of protein. This pushes his calorie total to almost 6,000 calories and approximately 400 grams of protein.

Eddie Hall's meal five includes a variety of animal products.

· Salmon gives him 1180 calories and 93 grams of protein.

· To make the meal heavy, he uses five eggs this time giving him 350 calories and 30 grams of protein.

· This time he adds bone broth to change the taste of his meal and this gives him a total of 81 calories and 14 grams of protein.

· Further, butter once again gives 372 calories.

· This meal takes the total calories consumed to almost touching 8,000 with a protein intake of 561 grams.

Eddie Hall keeps the final meal of his day lighter in comparison to his other meals.

· He eats a cup of yoghurt giving him 418 calories and 41 grams protein.

· Hall also drinks bone broth giving him 81 calories with 14 grams of protein.

This meal completes the 8,000 calorie mark and adds up to 8,454 calories and the protein intake to 616 grams. Eddie Hall's protein intake is similar to what the eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman used to consume in his prime.
