U19 World Boxing Championships 2024: Full schedule, timings, Indian contingent, and live-streaming details
The U19 World Boxing Championships 2024 will begin on Saturday, October 26, and run until Saturday, November 2. The event will be held at the Pueblo Convention Center, Colorado, USA.
More than 180 boxers, male and female, from across 30 nations will take part in the U19 World Boxing Championships 2024. The pugilists will compete across ten weight categories - 50kg, 55kg, 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 75kg, 80kg, 85kg, 90kg, 90+kg (for male boxers) and 48kg, 51kg, 54kg, 57kg, 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 75kg, 80kg, 80+kg for the female participants.
India will send a 19-member squad to the U19 World Boxing Championships, one of the largest contingents at the tournament. Algeria, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Ecuador, England, Finland, Germany, India, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Mongolia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Tahiti, Thailand, Ukraine, United States and Wales are the nations taking part in the event.
