Arkansas Razorbacks Baseball Transfer Portal Tracker 2024: List of all players who've entered the transfer portal
The Arkansas Razorbacks had a disappointing end to their 2024 college baseball season, as they faded down the stretch after going 38-7 in their first 45 games. In May, they went 6-9, including 1-4 in the SEC Tournament and the Fayetteville Regional, despite being ranked fifth during the NCAA Baseball Tournament's Selection Show.
During the regular season, the Razorbacks rode on the excellence of its pitching crew, led by ace hurler Hagen Smith. Their rotation was able to mask the deficiencies of its offense, going 44-16 to win the SEC Western Division title.
However, the weaknesses painted an ugly color in the SEC Tournament and the Fayetteville Regional. They lost to South Carolina (5-6) and Kentucky (6-9) to be booted out of SEC Tournament contention.
Arkansas might lose some starters and incoming freshmen to the 2024 MLB draft from July 14-16, including Smith, who is projected as a Top 10 overall pick, as per MLB.com. Others who might get picked are second baseman Peyton Stovall and RHP Brady Tygart.
Aside from this, three Arkansas position players moved out of the team. Here are the players who decided to try their luck in the transfer portal.
