What size shoe does Jac Caglianone wear? A look at the Florida star's height, weight, and more

Jac Caglianone is one of the biggest stars in college baseball and has quite the task at the Omaha College World Series. The two-way prospect played on a Florida Gators team that performed well below expectations in 2024, as they scraped through to the CWS.

Hpwever, Caglianone is one of the few players who has continued to impress, and also a reason why they're still in contention for the championship. Here, we will examine the shoe size of the Florida Gators star and some other tidbits.

What shoe size does Jac Caglianone wear?

According to SEC Sports, Jac Caglianone wears a size-17 shoe that requires the Gators to craft custom cleats most of the time. In a post-game interview during the 2023 College World Series, Caglianone said,

"Shoes have been an issue for me since I was about 12 years old. Right now, I am wearing different turf cleats everyone else out here. I think these are football turfs. The cleats and everything are different. I just got a bunch of custom-made Air Force Ones. So I was able to match up with the squad on that one."

The difficulty in finding the perfect shoes is possibly down to Caglianone's 6-foot-5, 245-pound frame. His chiseled physique makes him a threat as both a batter and pitcher. With Jac Caglianone's performances for the Gators, we doubt the school will be reluctant to get him as many custom-made cleats as he desires.

Jac Caglianone has been clutch for the Florida Gators in the 2024 College World Series

Caglianone has been a menace to opposing pitchers in the 2024 College World Series. The two-way star broke Florida's single-season home run record with his 34th homer as the Gators eliminated NC State from the CWS after a 5-4 win.

Caglianone wasn't just great as a batter in the elimination game; he was also impressive as a pitcher. The 2024 MLB Draft prospect's fastball averaged 89.5 mph in the inning. Interestingly, it was the first time in his college career that he had clocked below 92 mph.

It was with his bat that Caglianone did the most damage. He hit his 34th home run, broke the Gators' single-season record of 33 in 2023. He'll be aiming for more history in Omaha.
