The Texas A&M Aggies will play the Oregon Ducks in Game 1 of the 2024 College Station Super Regional on Saturday, June 8. The match will begin at 2 p.m. ET at Blue Bell Field in College Station, Texas.
Who is pitching for Texas A&M today?
Ryan Prager will start as the Texas A&M Aggies' pitcher against Oregon on Saturday. Coach Jim Schlossnagle announced the rotation while speaking to the media on Thursday.
"Right now, the rotation is Ryan Prager (on Saturday) and Shane Sdao (On Sunday). And outside of those two guys, anybody is available to pitch in the first or second game. We’ll figure the third game out when we get there," Schlossnagle said.
Prager has grown into one of the most important players on the Aggies roster. The left-hander has an 8-1 record this season and racked up 113 strikeouts and 19 walks in 85.1 innings pitched, with a 2.53 ERA.
Meanwhile, the Ducks are expected to rotate between RJ Gordon, Grayson Grinsell and Kevin Seitter as their pitchers against Texas A&M.
College Station Super Regional 2024: How to watch Texas A&M vs. Oregon?
Game 1 of the Super Regional clash between Texas A&M and Oregon will be broadcast live on ESPN2. Fans can also live stream the contest on ESPN+ and Fubo.
Texas A&M enjoyed a fabulous run in the regionals, winning three straight games to advance into the last 16. The Aggies beat Grambling (8-0), Texas (4-2) and Louisiana (9-4) to clinch the Bryan-College Station Regional title to make it to the next round of the postseason.
Meanwhile, the Ducks posted a flawless 3-0 record in the Santa Barbara Regional to reach the NCAA Super Regionals.
