5 women's basketball players with the highest NIL valuation in 2024-25 season

In the post-Caitlin Clark era, how will NIL impact women's college basketball? It's an open question, and as the teams tip off the new season, answers are few.

On3Sports provides NIL values for athletes. It's a mixture of information and guesswork, so here are the top five NIL valued women's hoopers for the 2024-25 season.

#5 Hailey Van Lith, TCU G ($779,000)

In her fifth collegiate season, the talented Van Lith is now with her third school in three years.

A two-time All-ACC pick at Louisville, Van Lith went to LSU last season. Her production dropped from 19.7 points per game to 11.6. She has since moved on to TCU, where she opened the season with a 21 points, seven-assist, six-steal performance.

#4 Hanna Cavinder, Miami G ($863,000)

It's been a wild ride for Cavinder. A star for three seasons at Fresno State, she transferred to Miami and saw little time, scoring just 3.8 points per game two years ago.

She gave up basketball to focus on business but returned to the hoop to join forces with her twin sister (see No. 3 below) for one final season. She had nine points and five assists in the first game of the new season.

#3 Haley Cavinder, Miami G ($889,000)

Unlike her sister, Haley had a successful transition to Miami. She scored 12.2 points per game in her last season at Miami, but similarly, had stepped away from basketball.

She's back and had 12 points and eight rebounds in her first game of the new season. The Cavinder twins can star on the court or the runway -- they're pretty much elite in all phases.

#2 Paige Bueckers, UConn G ($1.4 million)

The pre-eminent star of women's collegiate hoops, Paige Buckets, as she's known, is a superstar. She has missed a season and a half due to injuries, but when healthy, she's a dynamo.

A two-time All-American, Bueckers has 1,696 points and 357 assists. She had 13 points and seven assists in UConn's season opener.

#1 Flau'jae Johnson, LSU G ($1.5 million)

An NIL and hoops star, Johnson has deals with Puma and Taco Bell, among others. She's a great player, a rapper and a chrasimatic young hoops genius. Johnson is primed for a huge junior season.

She's just 42 points shy of 1,000 for her career after scoring 25 in LSU's season opener. The 5-foot-10 Johnson is a celebrity and baller, and her hoops game backs up her NIL value.
