"My favorite memory from my time at UConn would be winning the fourth national championship," Breanna said. "That sense of accomplishment, that feeling that we did it, we did the impossible, and we went for four.
"My first championship was obviously my freshman year, and what a rocky year that is. Nobody thought we were gonna win that going into my last one. Confidence was building year after year."
After dominating college basketball, Breanna Stewart went to play in the WNBA for the Seattle Storm, being the first overall pick in the 2016 draft. She also played for several other teams across the globe before transferring to the New York Liberty last year.
