In the interview, the self-confessed sneaker head highlighted various Nike signature shoes associated with his father. The latter has been allied with the apparel company for most of his professional career.

Bronny James has an exclusive endorsement portfolio with multinational companies like Google, Beats by Dre and Nike. This accounts for his NIL valuation which puts him No. 2 in the NIL 100 rankings, just behind Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders.

LeBron James outlines Bronny James' career aspirations

During an episode of the Mind The Game podcast, hosted by Lakers coach JJ Redick, alongside LeBron James, the Lakers star spoke about his son's career hopes.

"As a parent, to be able to be there to witness a child of yours start to live out a dream of theirs, is something Bronny has always talked about. We've asked him plenty of times like, 'What's your end goal?' And his end goal is to be in the NBA and to see him almost at that moment for a parent, it's something you can just be in awe of," LeBron said.

No matter what happens on Thursday in the NBA Draft, Bronny James will know that he has the support of his father. Of course, his great lineage will also bring extra attention, and at times, a magnifying effect which is not helpful. But if he has talent and skills, he can be expected to power through.
