Coach K's reaction to 'The Hangover' actor Ken Jeong's goofy gestures goes viral
Legendary former Duke University coach Mike Krzyzewski, also known as "Coach K," attended the No. 11 Blue Devils' matchup against No. 1 Kansas on Tuesday.
During the Vegas Showdown between the two storied programs at the T-Mobile Arena, Krzyzewski sat next to actor and comedian Ken Jeong, known for his portrayal of the beloved character Leslie Chow in "The Hangover" comedy film series.
Coach K, who led Duke to five national championships, retired at the end of the 2021-22 season after 42 years as the program's coach.
Jeong, a Duke graduate himself, was visibly excited and tried to be funny to the camera. However, Krzyzewski appeared less enthused with the actor's antics, looking annoyed at times, with the Dr. Ken star.
Footage of the interaction went viral, with many speculating that the legendary coach was unimpressed with Jeong's behavior.
Here is the video clip that has received almost 100 likes:
Actor Ken Jeong and Krzyzewski have known each other for a long time. Their connection goes back to when Jeong was a college student at Duke University, where he started acting during his sophomore year.
The game ended with Kansas beating Duke 75-72 in a thrilling contest that lived up to the hype between two of college basketball's blue bloods.
