On Saturday, No. 6 Notre Dame coach Niele Ivey and her team celebrated a big win after defeating No. 3 USC 74-61, handing the Trojans their first loss of the season. WNBA prospect Hannah Hidalgo starred alongside Olivia Miles to help the Fighting Irish secure their first double-digit road victory against an Associated Press top-five opponent since February 2014.
After the game, Notre Dame celebrated in the dressing room, and the team shared a video on Instagram.

Niele Ivey leads Notre Dame to outstanding victory against USC Trojans
It was a star-studded battle between Niele Ivey's Notre Dame and Lindsay Gottlieb's USC Trojans in Los Angeles. The Fighting Irish dominated the game from the beginning and won in front of a disappointed Trojans crowd.
Notre Dame guards Hannah Hidalgo and Olivia Miles became the second pair of teammates to each have 20 points, five rebounds and five assists against an AP top-10 opponent in 25 years.
Hidalgo recorded 24 points, eight assists and six rebounds. Miles had 20 points, seven assists and eight rebounds.
We came into the season saying we want to be a great defensive team, and just having the effort and relentlessness to do that and the discipline to do it, and I thought they did that today," Ivey said (h/t ESPN).
On Friday, Notre Dame faces the No. 19 TCU Horned Frogs.
