How to watch 2024-25 LSU women’s basketball games: Time, TV channel, streaming options, and more
Former national women's basketball champions LSU received its TV and streaming listings for the 2024-25 season from the Southeastern Conference and ESPN on Thursday.
The Tigers, who made it through the Elite Eight, will remain prominent on national TV as they will play 16 nationally televised games this season.
According to a press release from LSU Sports, most of the team's TV matches are set to be featured on the SEC Network, while the remaining matches are split among ESPN, ESPN2, ABC, and FS1.
As for streaming options, LSU's games can be seen mostly on ESPN+ and SEC Network+ except during the Baha Mar Pink Flamingo Championship wherein FloHoops will stream the game live.
Full LSU women's basketball schedule for the 2024-25 season
LSU has been involved in several games that caused a spike in viewing interest for women's basketball over the past two seasons. The Tigers' games against the Caitlin Clark-led Iowa Hawkeyes in the 2023 national championship and the 2024 Elite Eight belong to the top 10 most-watched women's college basketball games of all time (per LSU Sports).
Their matches against South Carolina have also garnered more than 1.5 million viewers, with the SEC Tournament Championship via ESPN, reaching two million viewers this past season, becoming the most-watched SEC Women's Championship ever on ESPN.
The exhibition games against Xavier-New Orleans (Oct. 24) and LSU-Alexandria (Oct. 30) will be played at the Pete Maravich Center in Baton Rouge at 7 pm CT (8 p.m. ET). SEC Network+ will cover these games on TV.
LSU will host its first two nonconference regular season matches against Eastern Kentucky (Nov. 4) and Northwestern State (Nov. 8) at 7 p.m. CT (8 p.m. ET) with the SEC Network+ providing the play-by-play action.
The game against Charleston Southern on Nov. 12 will be aired earlier at 11 am CT (12 pm ET) and it will be followed by three straight 7 pm home games opposite Murray State (Nov. 15), Troy (Nov. 18), and Tulane (Nov. 20). SEC Network+ will air it live on TV and livestream.
FloHoops will stream LSU's games in the Bahamas against Washington (Nov. 25) and either NC State or Southern on Nov. 27. The LSU-Washington clash is set at 12:30 p.m. CT (1:30 pm ET) and the final clashes will be either at 10 am (11 am ET) or 12:30 pm.
The SEC Network+ will feature the Tigers' games against NC Central (Dec. 1 at 2 p.m.), UL-Lafayette (Dec. 15 at 2 p.m.), Albany (Dec. 29 at 1 p.m. CT or 2 p.m ET), Tennessee (Jan. 9, 5:30 p.m. CT or 6:30 p.m. ET) and Missouri (Feb. 6 at 2 p.m.)
The SEC Network, meanwhile, will air LSU's games against Arkansas (Jan. 2 at 8 p.m. CT or 9 p.m. ET), Auburn (Jan. 5 at 3 p.m. CT or 4 p.m. ET), Vanderbilt (Jan. 13, 6 p.m. CT or 7 p.m. ET), Florida (Jan. 19, 12 p.m. CT or 1 p.m. ET), Texas A&M (Jan. 26, 3 p.m. CT), Mississippi State (Feb. 2, 1 p.m. CT), Georgia (Feb. 20, 8 p.m. CT), Alabama (Feb. 27, 8 p.m CT) and Ole Miss (Mar. 2, 3 p.m. CT).
LSU's ESPN2 listings include the ACC-SEC showdown against Stanford (Dec. 5, 8 p.m CT) and Oklahoma (Jan. 30, 6 p.m. CT) while ESPN+ will cover the Lady Tigers' visit to Illinois-Chicago on Dec. 19 at 7 p.m. CT.
ESPN will air LSU's marquee clash against South Carolina at the Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, South Carolina on Jan. 23 at 7 p.m. CT. Its second game against Tennessee on Feb. 9 will also be featured on ESPN at 3 p.m. CT, as well as their showdown against Kentucky on Feb. 23 at 3 p.m.
ESPN will also cover LSU's match against Alabama on Feb. 27 at 8 p.m. CT and the SEC Tournament.
The Tigers will have an FS1 TV listing on Dec. 17 as it meets Seton Hall at 5 p.m. CT, and ABC will cover the LSU-Texas clash on Feb. 16 at 2 p.m. CT.
LSU remains one of the top teams in the SEC and the nation despite the departure of center Angel Reese and the transfer of Hailey Van Lith to TCU. Coach Kim Mulkey will have key players Aneesah Morrow, Flau'jae Johnson, and Mikaylah Williams leading the charge, as well as the returning Sa'myah Smith.
The Tigers will be reinforced by transfers Kailyn Gilbert, Jersey Wolfenbarger, Shayeann Day-Wilson, and freshman Jada Richard. LSU looks to come back to the Final Four despite losing their key stars and the responsibility now lies with Morrow, Johnson, and Williams to fulfill it.
