LeBron James’ son Bryce James joins the top 100 recruit list following electrifying Peach Jam run

LeBron James' son Bryce James is now ranked among the top 100 recruits in the latest On3 rankings for the class of 2025. Bryce caught the attention of the basketball world recently after an impressive display at the Nike EYBL Peach Jam.

In the Peach Jam, Bryce averaged 5.6 points with 2.4 rebounds, no assists and 1.0 blocks per game, while shooting 31% from the field, 18% from the 3-point range and 50% from the free-throw line.

Bryce James, a 6-foot-6 Sierra Canyon guard, moved up from the 135th to the 100th spot in the rankings. According to On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine, out of the two offers he has received so far, there is a 93% chance he will join Ohio State, while Duquesne has a 7% chance of landing him.

Bryce's father, LeBron, will play his 20th season in the NBA, and this time he will play alongside his other son, Bronny James, who was picked by the LA Lakers in the draft. Meanwhile, Bryce is starting his senior year at Sierra Canyon High after transferring from Notre Dame High School last year.

"I’m not gonna lie, that’s OD (too much)," Bryce said on the possibility of playing with his dad. "Waiting until I — nah, that’s too much. That’s too much, no. No, good lord. He’s going to be 42, bro." [via The LADE Show]

LeBron James' mother impressed by Bryce James' Peach Jam performance

Bryce James' grandmother, Gloria Marie James, attended several games during the Peach Jam tournament in North Augusta, SC, last month and was impressed by her grandson's performance on the court.

Gloria congratulated Bryce and thanked Team SFG in a post she shared on Instagram with snippets of the team in action, alongside the caption:

"Team Strive For Greatness truly represented what #striveforgreatness means to the fullest from day one. They always made us proud to support and cheer for them. State to state. City to city. I wish only to see them continue to work hard and chase greatness in their futures."

"I loved watching my grandson #2 Bryce @_justbryce show and show out," Gloria captioned the post in June 2023 sharing snippets of Bryce's action from Nike nationals that year.
