New Orleans vs. Baylor: Box score, stats, and summary feat. VJ Edgecombe (Nov. 27)

The 17th-ranked Baylor Bears were able to absolutely dominate from the jump as they defeated the New Orleans Privateers 91-60 on Wednesday afternoon. The Bears were led by guard Jayden Nunn’s 23 points while forward Norchad Omier recorded 12 points and 13 rebounds in the game as well.

VJ Edgecombe did not play in the second half reportedly due to hamstring tightness. He finished with just two points in 11 minutes.

New Orleans (2-5) is now 1-3 on the road this year and is struggling to get much going this season. The team is looking to bounce back as only Dae Dae Hunter scored more than 10 points for the Privateers. Baylor (5-2) improved to 3-0 inside Foster Pavilion and should continue to play well as the season continues to march on.

Let’s take a deeper dive into the box score and discuss how the game went and how each player did.
