Paige Bueckers professes her love for Nike, reveals design for dream trademark apparel

Paige Bueckers brought her collaborative mindset to her latest stint with Google Chrome. In a YouTube video posted on October 22, Bueckers highlighted her digital ventures by giving a peek into her Chrome tabs. The UConn star shared that most of her tabs are filled with fashion, shopping, word games or basketball highlights.

However, the highlight of the video came when Bueckers touched on her dream item to trademark right after declaring that Nike is her emotional security tab. The guard desires to license a unique bucket hat with a basketball resting on the top. Paige Bueckers wants the brim to indicate a basketball ring so that the cap imitates a basketball going into a hoop as the net hangs off it.

"My emotional security tab is definitely the Nike tab," Bueckeers said in one of her answers.
"Dream item to trademark would have to be a bucket hat. Top of the bucket is a ball and then the rim is like a net. So, it's a ball going through the net."

Given her love for Nike and the sports brand's leaning towards one of the best players in women's college basketball, it will not be a surprise if Bueckers' dream hat materializes. The Huskies' guard has been utilizing her NIL brands to step out of her comfort zone for years.

In her New York Fashion Week stint this offseason, Paige Bueckers said that she is in the process of finding her true style. However, so far, Bueckers has not shied away from expressing her sentiments through her style.

She became the first college basketball athlete (men and women) to have a pair of self-designed Nike sneakers this summer. Bueckers ensured that she pays homage to UConn, her mantra and her nickname in her GT Hustle 3. Additionally, she has also experimented with her NIL partnership with Madison Reed recently, dyeing her hair pink.

Paige Bueckers will play in two leagues after her college days

Paige Bueckers' latest collaboration will stick with her after her college career. The guard inked a unique agreement this season, aligning her with the upcoming 3x3 Unrivaled Basketball League.

Bueckers is up for a six-figure paycheck and a certain ownership stake in the league. Unrivaled Basketball was founded by Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier to keep the competitive spirit in women’s basketball alive during the WNBA offseason.

Bueckers will also be one of the participants in the league, as it promises the inclusion of several global stars. However, her first stint will come in 2026.
